We begin by scheduling a meeting to assess your current IT infrastructure, identify potential vulnerabilities, and establish priorities for addressing them. During this process, we also discuss the level of support you require. Following the meeting, we provide a detailed report along with a no-obligation quotation.

He is punctual and uses the time well whilst in school, so that we can get the best out of the service. When we have an ICT problem, Ryan is always quick to reply to emails or they will happily remotely log on to solve our problems. I don’t know what we would do without them!
